A Random set of cards from the Craft Sale

Here are a few cards
from the weekend craft sale
from various categories ...

All colored with my trusty Copics...

This gorgeous flower is an oldie from
Inky Antics and the embossing folder
and dies from Spellbinders...

A favorite jug from Judith and the flowers are
also Judith...   colors so beautifully

This beautiful image is from Yvonne Albritton's
collection and the greeting from SU....
So sorry that Yvonne is no longer in the business
as she had some awesome images.

Here's a close-up of the centers filled
with gold micro-fine glitter...

More Christmas cards from the sale

Here's the second installment of
Christmas cards from the weekend's
craft sale......

This is from a Sparkle N Sprinkle set,
with the snowflake a die cut from Spellbinders
and cut out from SU Glitter paper and layered.
The swirl and greeting are embossed.

Santa is another image from my sister's stash, but I
think it's Whipper Snapper...
greeting from SU.

An adorable set of snowmen from Penny Black....
the "ribbon" is Scor-tape with semi-transparent glitter
on it.....

All image colored with Copics...

The craft sale attendees like simple cards with
flat embellies - so had to control myself LOL...

Craft Sale Christmas

Hi all....
It's been a while, but here are a
few of the Christmas cards that
I made for our craft sale this weekend.
Had to restrain myself as most folks
don't want to purchase cards to mail
that have lots of embellies :(
Sad, I know....
BUT postage is pricey when
you have to add extra.

All images are colored with Copics.

Just love this jolly fat snowman from Morning Star

This cute snowman was a stamped image from my
sister's stamp collection - not sure who it's by,
but love it..

Another cute image from my sister's stash...

Adorable kitty from Stampendous just
fits perfectly on the Heirloom ornament die
from Spellbinders....

Of course, they all have some glitter - fine
and microfine on them....

Hope you enjoyed a couple of my samples...
Didn't get photos of many of them...
Falling down on my duties...

Scenes from New York - a Fabulous Fall

Just got back from a fabulous trip to NYC!
Spent a week with the grandkids and had
awesome weather.

Day one with hubby strolling thru Central Park.
Had to stop in the Apple store to check out
the new I-Phones first...   Place is always mobbed!

Our last stop, after passing by the Dakota was
at Strawberry Fields.  At the upper section, there was
a group of musicians playing Lennon songs.
We were totally unaware that we happened to
be there on John Lennon's birthday!

Spent lots of times in the local parks.
On this day, we played baseball with Charlie
and even Sam tried to hit.

Spent a gorgeous Sunday at Coney Island
with the kids......

Starting out on the F train

The Cyclone
(nope didn't go on that)

The Wonder Wheel
(yep - even the little guys)

Lunch at Nathan's

Playing at the playground on the beach

Movin' on down to the water.
Started out with a just to dip the toes.
Naturally, that didn't last long and
both boys got soaked.

Off to Luna Park for kiddie rides.

Topped off the day with ice cream.

Another day, another park.
In the city for Charlie's swimming lessons.

All in all - a fun filled week.

Hope you enjoyed the scenes.

Starting my Christmas Cards...........

Well, it's a start anyway LOL...
Here's my first Christmas card....
very early for me..

It's a really cute stamp by Stampendous that
I purchased last year but failed to use :(

Colored with Copics and embellished
with microfine glitter.
I've fussy cut the two heads and
popped them up with dimensionals.

Hope you like it.

It's pretty CAS, but easy to mail.
Below is a close-up

More to follow................

Thanks for checking in
